On the Manny, there is Caddis. Look for Spinner Falls. A
good old Pheasant Tail if nymphing. BWO on these rainy
days.
On the Tully, if the water is at the right level, use Caddis
nymphs and dries to catch some nice rainbows.
Central PA Streams, based on last weeks trip, we had lots
of bugs (caddis, BWO, Blue Quills, Hendricksons Spinners
and I even spotted a few Sulphurs) but not that many trout
coming to the surface. We did not give up and we did catch
trout off the top. Water levels are up, temps are still a little
low (52 in the am).
