Drift Boat Trips For Trout and Bass In PA

Lehigh River Fly Fishing Guide Service

The Lehigh River has a lot of access, but wading is not easy. The best way to fish the river is by drift boat. The Lehigh Coldwater Alliance has played a major roll is working with the Army Corp of Engineers to maintain a minimum release for trout fishing that will last into the summer months, if not year round. The Lehigh is form by two reservoirs and receives additional shots of cold water throughout its run to Allentown. It has a wild trout population and is stocked by the state. The Lehigh Stocking Association also stocks trout. Major hatches are Hendricksons, Caddis, Sulphurs, BWO along with some Stoneflies. Fish over 18 inches are caught on a regular basis and trout over 26 inches have been caught. If you are looking for a western experience close to home, a drift boat trip will give you a day that you won’t forget. We have several guides we work with and can help you arrange a trip, fill out the form, email or give us a call.

Susquehanna and Juniata Rivers Drift Boat Guide Service

The Susquehanna River is coming back to life. After many years of poor bass fishing the river has shown some of it’s old glory of 30 to 50 plus fish days. Size and health has greatly improved. If you like throwing streamers, poppers or hitting the white  fly hatch, the Susquehanna or Juniata is the place. Drift boat trips are the best way to cover the water. Sometimes, depending on water level, we park the boat and you get out and wade fish. Come and enjoy some of the best, if not the best, smallmouth fishing in Pennsylvania.  We have several guides we work with and can help you arrange a trip, fill out the form, email or give us a call.
